Terms and Conditions

By using the www.prodesignceations.com website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or more, that any registration information that you submit to PDC is true, accurate, and complete, and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and the PDC Privacy Policy.

 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the PDC website (www.prodesigncreations.com), including any content, information, products, and/or services (prodesigncreations.com) therein. This is a legal agreement between you and PDC. PDC reserves the sole right at any time to modify, discontinue, or terminate www.prodesigncreations.com and Services or modify the Terms of Service.

All modified terms and/or conditions will be in effect after they are posted on www.prodesigncreations.com (unless applicable law requires a longer notice period). By continuing to use or access www.prodesigncreations.com and/or Services after PDC makes any such modification, you agree to be legally bound by the revised Terms of Service. You may not alter the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service without PDC’s express written consent.

 

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY PDC THROUGH www.prodesigncreations.com. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OFFERED BY PDC.

PDC REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

 A download link or attachment will be sent after the payment is reviewed and cleared by our payment gateway and sales team. No refunds are possible after the drawings have been downloaded and the download is reflected in our system. Exchange is possible before a download link or attachment is sent to you - this only applies to similarly priced plans. Account Subscriptions are not refundable.

 

PHOTOGRAPHS, PERSPECTIVES, AND ELEVATION VIEWS:

Plans that may have photographs, perspectives, and elevation views to help you visualize the design - are only to be used as general guides to what the DESIGN may look like when built.

 

Please be advised that photographs, perspectives, and elevation views may not represent the final construction sets accurately due to changes made during construction or the rendering process. Also note that all details shown on pictures, perspectives, and elevations are not necessarily part of the final drawings package that you purchase as some are only used for decorative and illustrative purposes.

 

DO NOT USE PLANS TO BUILD MORE THAN ONE HOUSE

 The original purchaser of a home plan is licensed to build a single home from the plans. Building more than one home from the plans without permission is an infringement of the home designer's copyright. The drawings you receive in your email or as printed copies can only be used to build one home, if you need to build more than one home using the same plans you will need to purchase one set for each of the extra homes.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A DRAWING SET?

 We list all the available drawings for each Home Plan so that you are well-informed of the contents before you purchase any drawing set. If you have any doubts or questions in regards to what is included in the drawing set you wish to purchase please contact PDC.

 

All our drawings will have a minimum requirement of the following items:

Floor Plan(s) - Fully detailed and dimensioned floor plans for each level

Foundation, Electrical, and Roof plans

Doors and window schedules

Cross Section(s) - Whole house and / or partial cross-section(s)

Elevations for each side of the building

We also include all perspective drawings and other web images where possible

Note that no site plans are included for any of the Home Plans. If you need a site plan you can contact us directly so with your block plan / topographical survey or site dimensions (Including diagonal measurements will also be helpful) and we can create this for a small fee. This will also help you visualize, how the house plan will fit on your plot.
