CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Plans, sections and elevations, each incorporates these forms in abstraction and are synthesized with functional need into a three-dimensional design. By rendering a 3D model to scale and implementing your concept design we can bring it to life.
The conceptual design utilizes three-dimensional modeling to assist in the understanding of the design alternatives.
SOFTWARE CAMERAS
Built-in state of the art cameras enhances and define various viewports as well as creating isometric views and animated walk-thru's for a real-life experience. A complete floor plan with finalized finishes for the specific area to be rendered is required to begin the image processing. You can add furniture for a feeling of space.
3D RENDERING & ILLUSTRATION
Utilizing elite software programs the 3D model will represent quality details including textures, finishes, and color with integrated global real-life illumination. From these illustrations and renderings, we can develop multimedia art for brochures, advertising, sales display, and on-site signs during construction to display your new project.

We measure all existing structures on-premises, any existing interior required, and take note of all existing conditions, each job will vary.
Types of Plans
Floor Plans
The basic layout of the walls, windows, doors, fixtures, and plumbing.
Interior Elevations
Starting at the finished floor elevation and stopping at the ceiling, interior elevations show individual walls in specific rooms.
Exterior Elevations
Provides key information about the building heights – overall roof height, windows, doors, decks, etc.
RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan)
It is referred to as a reflected ceiling plan since it is drawn to display a view of the ceiling as if it was reflected onto a mirror on the floor.
Roof Plans
A vital part of the planning stage for any new roof construction, and also for any renovation, repair or extension work being performed on an existing roof.
Building Sections
A cut from the foundation through roof. Includes walls, windows, doors, floors, ceilings, and observable major structural elements only.
Electrical Plans
Information about power, lighting, and communication for an engineering or architectural project. These are the existing conditions of the electricity (switches, Outlets..etc).
Basic Site Plans
Location of the house within an approximate property boundary. Highly detailed site plans are also available.
