Custom Design and Drafting

PDC will create new custom plans based on your exact needs that fit your requirements. You will receive regular progress updates regarding the design process. Changes can be requested according to the proposal agreement during the preliminary stage of designing the plans. Any further changes after the preliminary design or final approval by the client will be charged an additional hourly or lump sum fee based on our proposal agreement.

Copyright Rights

All home plans sold by PDC are protected by International Copyright Law. Reproduction of these home plans, either in whole or in part, including any form of copying and/or preparation of derivative works thereof, for any reason without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and subject to statutory damages plus attorney fees and loss of profits. All parties including designers, draftsmen, owners, builders, realtors, copy shops, and blue-printers may be responsible if a copyright is violated. It does not matter if they knew what they were doing was a violation or not.

 

PDC retains the right to publish, sell, resell, advertise, or use in any way any design, custom design, drawing, detail, image, calculation, sketch, or any other material that is produced by PDC. The above remains to be the explicit property of PDC at all times unless agreed otherwise in writing between PDC and the client.
